Why Prince William & Kate Middleton Didn’t Talk To Press With The New Royal Baby
Prince William, 32, was extremely over protective of Kate Middleton, 33, who was without a doubt exhausted while he was leaving the St. Mary’s Hospital on May the 2nd together with the new baby princess.
A source close to the couple has revealed the reasons as to why Kate and Prince Williams opted not to give any interviews with the new baby.
According to the source, Prince William made the decision of not speaking with the press given that the Duchess of Cambridge was tired.
“It was Prince William’s decision not to talk to reporters waiting outside St. Mary’s hospital,” the source revealed.
“He and Kate aren’t exactly a fan of speaking in public. William realized that Kate had been through such an exhausting day, and he wanted to protect her. It was a considerate move by the Prince who also felt that offering the press a picture of baby George was sufficient enough.”
The two, William and Kate, wanted one thing only and that was to go home and simply relax after the birth of their new princess.
“They just want to go home now, relax and enjoy their time in private,” the insider revealed.
As previously reported Kate and William welcomed a healthy bouncing baby girl on Saturday the 2nd at 3:34 a.m. ET. The two left the hospital on the same day after making a brief appearance to pose for photos and great the fans who had camped at the hospital.
